HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
It is easy to buy from us. You just need to have a look at our online shop and add articles you wish to buy to the cart. Upon finishing the product selection, click on “Cart” to check the articles you have chosen and follow the instructions that will help us to obtain all the necessary information for your order to be placed.
PAYMENT
We accept different methods of payments: cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal. To pay with a credit card, it is necessary to subscribe or have already an account with PayPal.
Shipment costs: 17,00 euro for packages up to 30Kg for destination in Italy; for shipment to other countries the cost will be calculated depending on package size, weight and destination.
RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation, with a list of the inserted articles and your data. This does not indicate the acceptance of the order.
Before an order is accepted and dispatched, we check the data in the order, verifying we did not make mistakes in the price indication and article availability on our website. In case of any problem, we will contact you, to require a confirmation of necessary changes.
Acceptance of order and its dispatch will be confirmed only by sending an e-mail, which will confirm also the shipment of the required articles. On the contrary, in case no problems are envisaged, we immediately proceed to dispatch your order.
INFORMATION ON DELIVERY
If you receive a damaged package, open or with evident signs of alterations it is mandatory to open it in front of the delivery staff and check the article conditions, or to write “conditional acceptance” on the delivery note or to indicate on it the number of broken or missing packages.
In case this procedure is not respected, we will not respond to claims regarding broken packages or thieving from packages.
NOT AVAILABLE PRODUCTS
In case one or more ordered articles are temporarily not available, we will ship it/them as soon as it/they will be available. It will always be send an email asking whether you wish to delete those articles from your order.
TAXES
To all the articles, 22% VAT will be added. Prices on the website include VAT.
INVOICE
A receipt is always sent to our customers together with the purchased articles. In case you need an Invoice, you need to ask fori t when you place your order, indicating your VAT number.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, according to Decree-Law n. 50 of the 01.15.1992 and the Decree-Law n. 185 of the 05.22.1999, by returning the product within 10 days upon receipt, provided it is not ruined, not used and in its original packaging. In case you are not satisfied with what you receive, we will replace the ordered product or we will refund you, except for shipment costs and credit costs. Refunding or replacement will be made only after we will be able to verify the conditions of the returned product. When refunding you, we will provide you a coupon that you can use to place orders on our website.
DISCOUNT
Prices on the website are our best offer and no discounts are possible; transparency of our offer give our customers the possibility of comparing our prices with those from other companies.
