Returns and Refunds

1) Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Art. 52 et seq., Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), if you are purchasing as a private consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a written notice within the aforementioned period to:

  • After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to the address provided by our Customer Service Team.

2) Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documentation.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are used, damaged, or missing essential components.
  • Certain items may be legally excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (e.g., customized products or sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened). In such cases, non-returnability is clearly indicated on the product page.

3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or previously agreed upon.
  • Return costs will be covered by us in cases of conformity defects, delivery errors, or damaged products.

4) Refund Policy

  • Once the returned products have been received and their condition verified, we will proceed with the refund.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
  • Refund processing times:
    • Cards / Stripe: 1–5 business days
    • PayPal: 1–5 business days
    • Bank Transfer: 2–10 business days (customer’s IBAN is required)
  • In case of a withdrawal, we also refund the standard initial shipping costs, if charged. Surcharges for express delivery or additional services selected by the customer are non-refundable.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return shipment.

5) Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product:

  • We will request photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
  • In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and you may choose between:
    • Product replacement, or
    • Full refund of the amount paid.
