Thanks to the most modern manufacturing technologies, a spare part comes to life that is perfectly interchangeable with the original, identical in every aspect. The reconstruction process saw the reworking of the original block, starting from 3D scanning and chemical analysis, up to the fusion on 18 molds. A complete design study was necessary to guarantee a metallurgical improvement of the piece. The modifications to the cylinder block range from the thermal, mechanical, compactness properties to the absence of inclusion and porosity.

In order to ensure uniformity of thicknesses, during the casting process and after the realization of various prototypes, the conformaterialeion of the internal cores has been optimized. CNC machining is performed with the utmost accuracy. Before delivery, the piece undergoes a final inspection report in DEA in order to guarantee the top of the construction quality
