Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for choosing ricambilanciafulvia.it. This page provides all relevant information regarding our shipping methods and costs, delivery times, as well as delivery instructions and your rights in the event of delivery issues.

1) Order Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from receipt of payment (or order confirmation in case of cash on delivery).
  • Shipments are typically dispatched once per day. Orders received after 11:00 AM (CET) are considered as received on the next business day.
  • In the event of delays or unexpected issues, the customer will be promptly notified.

2) Carriers

We use trusted express couriers (e.g. BRT and B&T Service) to ensure fast and trackable deliveries.

A tracking number is provided for each shipment, allowing you to monitor the status of your parcel online.

3) Shipping Costs

Italy

  • Flat rate shipping fee: €13.94 (VAT excluded) for orders up to €950.00 (VAT excluded).
  • Free shipping for orders over €950.00 (VAT excluded).
  • Free in-store pickup is available by selecting the option during checkout.

EU Countries

  • Flat rate shipping fee: €16.39 (VAT excluded) for orders up to €950.00 (VAT excluded).
  • Free shipping for orders over €950.00 (VAT excluded).

Non-EU Countries

  • Flat rate shipping fee: €100.00 (VAT excluded), regardless of order value.
  • Any customs duties and import taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4) Non-Standard Products

Some products with non-standard weight and/or dimensions may incur shipping fees that differ from those listed above.

  • In such cases, a notice will be displayed on the product page.
  • Once added to the “Cart”, such products will clearly display a warning message both in the cart and at checkout.
  • After the order is placed, our Customer Service Team may contact you to confirm any change in shipping charges.

5) Delivery and Inspection upon Receipt

  • Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect the integrity of the package for any signs of damage or tampering.
  • If the packaging appears damaged, opened, or not intact, the customer must either:
    • accept the package with written control reservation (clearly noted on the courier’s delivery document); or
    • open the parcel in the presence of the courier and inspect the contents.
  • Without a written control reservation, we cannot accept claims for damages or shortages caused during transport.
