Thank you for choosing ricambilanciafulvia.it. This page provides all relevant information regarding the available payment methods, transaction security, and invoicing. The content is written clearly and in compliance with Italian and European regulations applicable to distance contracts.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options. All available methods and any applicable fees are clearly displayed in the cart and at checkout, before confirming your order.

  1. Credit and Debit Cards (via Stripe)
  • We accept major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, etc.) through the secure Stripe platform.
  • Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Card details are processed exclusively by Stripe over a secure connection. Our website does not store or view your card information.
  • Stripe complies with the PCI DSS security standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
  1. PayPal (PayPal Balance or Linked Cards)
  • You may pay using your PayPal Account Balance or any credit/debit card linked to your PayPal Account.
  • Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Your data is not shared with us but processed securely on PayPal’s infrastructure.
  1. PayPal “Pay in 3”
  • Available to eligible customers in Italy: split the total amount into three interest-free payments (subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions).
  • Eligibility is determined by PayPal during checkout; territorial and amount limitations may apply.
  • In case of a refund, any remaining installments are cancelled, and those already paid are refunded by PayPal in accordance with their policy.
  1. Advanced Bank Transfer
  • Bank details (IBAN and, for international transfers, BIC/SWIFT) are provided at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
  • Please include in the bank transfer reference: order number + full name (name and surname)
  • Order preparation and shipping take place after payment is received (typically 1–2 business days for Italian transfers; longer for international payments).
  • Any bank fees and/or currency conversion charges charged by your institution are your responsibility; the amount credited by us must match the total order value.
  • If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 5–7 days), we reserve the right to cancel the order, after prior notice.
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Italy only
  • You may pay the courier in cash upon delivery.
  • An additional COD service fee is applied and is clearly displayed at checkout.
  • COD may not be available for high value orders or for certain delivery destinations; in such cases, this option will not appear at checkout, or our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount at the time of delivery.

2) Currency, Taxes, and Exchange Rates

  • All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT.
  • The VAT rate applied will be that of the destination country, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Orders are always charged in Euro.
  • If purchasing from abroad, your payment provider may apply exchange rates and/or currency conversion fees.
  • For non-EU shipments, VAT is not applied at the time of purchase. Any customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient, according to the regulations of the destination country.

3) Payment Security

  • This site uses HTTPS/SSL encrypted connections to ensure secure data transmission.
  • Card payments are processed through Stripe on certified, PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, which is fully compliant with PCI DSS standards. We do not have access to or store your full card data.
  • PayPal payments are processed entirely on PayPal’s secure servers, which apply high security standards.
  • We employ fraud prevention measures and may conduct additional order verification steps (e.g., data confirmation request) to protect both the customer and our company.

4) Invoicing and Tax Documentation

  • A fiscal document (receipt or sales slip) is issued for every purchase.
  • If you require an invoice addressed to a VAT- registered business you must request it at the time of ordering by providing complete details: company name, VAT number, recipient Code or certified email (PEC) for electronic invoicing, and full billing address.
  • If no invoice is requested at checkout, a receipt/sales slip will be issued instead.

5) Payment Timing and Processing

  • Cards (Stripe): charged immediately upon order confirmation.
  • PayPal Balance/Cards: charged immediately upon order confirmation.
  • PayPal “Pay in 3”: subject to PayPal’s installment plan approval; the order is confirmed upon successful authorization.
  • Bank Transfer: order is processed after payment is credited. Until then, the order remains on hold for payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: payment is made in cash upon delivery to the courier.
  • Shipments are dispatched only after payment confirmation (except COD), subject to product availability. In case of delays or stock issues, we will contact you promptly.

6) Refunds (Returns, Cancellations, Payment Errors)

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order, whenever technically possible (e.g., Reversals to card via Stripe; PayPal refunds, including “Pay in 3”, follow PayPal procedures; Bank Transfer refunds may require crediting IBAN).
  • Timelines for refunding depend on the provider (approximately 1–5 business days for Cards/PayPal; 2–10 business days for Bank Transfer).
  • For conditions, terms, and procedures regarding withdrawal or returns, please refer to our “Returns and Refunds” page. In accordance with applicable law, in the event of withdrawal we also refund initial standard shipping costs, if charged. Surcharges for express delivery or additional services selected by the customer are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

7) Transaction Verification, Limits and Refusals

  • For security reasons, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, e.g. in cases of unauthorized or suspicious transactions, incomplete/inaccurate data, or product unavailability.
  • Cash on Delivery payment may be subject to amount limits and geographic restrictions; any such limitations is indicated at checkout.
