This page outlines the warranty rights applicable to our customers in accordance with Italian and European consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n<p>1) Statutory Warranty of Conformity<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All products sold to private consumers are covered by a <strong>24-month Statutory Warranty of Conformity<\/strong> as provided by the <strong>Italian Consumer Code<\/strong> (Legislative Decree No. 206\/2005).<\/li>\n<li>The Statutory Warranty covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and manifesting within 24 months from that date.<\/li>\n<li>For purchases made by business companies or professionals (with VAT number), the statutory warranty period is <strong>12 months<\/strong>, as provided by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Exclusion for Competition-Use Products<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Products intended for racing, competition, or not approved for road use are designed exclusively for sporting purposes. Due to their nature and intended use, such products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fall outside the scope of the legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code, as they do not qualify as consumer goods intended for \u201cnormal use\u201d;<br \/>\ndo not offer durability, continuous performance, or reliability comparable to road-use products, as they are subject to extreme conditions of use;<br \/>\n\u2022 are sold<strong> without any Statutory Warranty of Conformity<\/strong>, except for clear manufacturing defects or evident flaws detectable upon delivery;<br \/>\n\u2022 when a product is intended solely for sporting and competition use and is not approved for road use, this is expressly indicated on the product page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2) Definition of Lack of Conformity<\/p>\n<p>A product is considered to have a lack of conformity if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>it is not suitable for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used;<\/li>\n<li>it does not match the description provided or lacks the qualities agreed upon;<\/li>\n<li>it does not possess the usual quality and performance of goods of the same type;<\/li>\n<li>it is not fit for a particular purpose requested by the Costumer, if accepted by us at the time of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3) Exclusions from Warranty Coverage<\/p>\n<p>The Statutory Warranty does <strong>not cover<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>faults or defects resulting from <strong>misuse, negligence, improper installation, lack of maintenance<\/strong>, or failure to follow the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions;<\/li>\n<li>accidental damage, falls, impacts, exposure to weather, or external causes not attributable to the product;<\/li>\n<li>normal <strong>wear and tear<\/strong> and degradation of parts subject to natural deterioration over time (e.g., consumables, friction subject components, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4) How to Exercise Warranty Rights<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of a lack of conformity, the customer must send a <strong>written notice<\/strong> to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Email<\/strong>: <a href=\"mailto:info@rossocorsaitalia.it\">info@rossocorsaitalia.it<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Phone<\/strong>: +39 010 785 6846<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The following information must be provided: order number; description of the defect; photographic documentation (if available).<\/li>\n<li>After a preliminary assessment, we may request the product to be returned for further inspection.<\/li>\n<li>If the defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled\u2014at no additional cost\u2014to:<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repair or replacement<\/strong> of the product;<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, if repair or replacement is not possible or is disproportionately costly, a <strong>price reduction<\/strong> or <strong>contract termination <\/strong>with refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs for the product under Statutory Warranty will be covered by us.<\/p>\n<p>5) Timeframes and Processing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The customer must report the defect <strong>within 2 months<\/strong> of discovery.<\/li>\n<li>Our company is committed to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to initiate the warranty procedure without undue delay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6) Manufacturer\u2019s Commercial or Conventional Warranty<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Statutory Warranty, certain products may be covered by a <strong>Manufacturer\u2019s Commercial or Conventional Warranty<\/strong>, such as extended coverage or additional services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This Warranty is <strong>optional<\/strong> and does not replace the Statutory Warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Terms, duration, and conditions for claiming the Manufacturer\u2019s Warranty are specified in the documentation provided by the manufacturer and must be exercised directly through the channels indicated therein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7) Legal Notice<\/p>\n<p>The Statutory Warranty does not limit or replace any consumer rights provided under National and European consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Product Warranty Last updated: August 27, 2025 Thank you for  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-19987","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
